Can you tell me why I'm suddenly getting more Payment Pending forms - today I have had two completed payments and form submissions but also two pending payment submissions. Same form so same setup. I used to get about 1:20 which failed now it is much higher.
I've looked at the help pages and don't really understand why some go through and others don't. Is there any more I can to do as it is frustrating when it doesn't work properly.

The incomplete payment submission usually means that user decided to not to complete the transaction on the PayPal payment page. Please take a look at the following guide.
However, if you actually receive payments for these 'incomplete payments' then the issue is most likely related to the IPN configuration of your PayPal account.
