Number of Payments Received

Hello! 

I received an email stating that I am almost at 10 payments this month.  I have only collected 2 payments, not ten.  I did test my form several times to work out all kinks however.  Can my test attempts be backed out please to reflect the right number of collected payments?

The submission tests you have made count. I have adjusted your payment counter to 2. Please note that this can be done only once per account lifetime.
