I previously is an active user of Jotform. Recently, I noticed that my email (email@example.com) is in the blocklist as a receiver (for the form I made).
May I know why is it in the blocklist and how can it be posible to clear my mail?

I have now removed your email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) from the bounce list.
This sometimes happen when you're email service provider rejected our email at some point or when they're not available to received message from us.
