We've recently been experiencing problems with customers filling out the first portion of the form, then, hitting submit button. They don't seem to be REQUIRED to make a payment which is part of the form. I am wondering if this has something to do with the submit button set-up. Help. We have a lot of customers in the incomplete payment section!

The payment field is being skipped because it is not required:
You need to go into the edit mode of your form, select your payment field, and enable the "Required" button for that field:
