I paid a two year bronze subscription on feb as i remember on 18th feb but when i check my account in the billing info in invoices i didnt see anything
I found the email notifying your subscription, however, I was unable to find the invoice in your account, I will escalate this issue to our second level, you will be notified when it is fixed.

You can find the invoice here for now. But this was escalated to our developers so it appears in your account.
As per above invoice shared i see that subscription starts on the 18th of Feb, however the number of submissions not resetted on the 18th of March
Please tell me the date of reset of counters, to know whether i would need to upgrade or not
Please be noted that the submission counter will be reset on the first day of every month for all accounts. Whereas the subscription would be auto-renewed as per the billing date.
