URGENT: You have disabled our forms but i paid $216AUD on first notice from you that you were disabling?

    I have checked our records and found the payment for the yearly subscription, I also checked your account and seems like your forms are working normally, could you please verify your forms again? 

    You have not reached any limit, so your forms are working fine, do let us know if the issue still persists on your end, we will be glad to take other look.
