    Forum: "Private" threads not showing in "My Questions" or forum list?

    Hi Jotform,

    When i go t my questions a lot of my (private) questions are gone. is just asked a new private question and i also cant find it anymore.

    Are there some problems?

    When you open a thread, initially, it will not be displayed in the forum list. It will be queued in our system and will be assigned us, the support staff. This is to check if the post is a spam, once we respond to your question, it should show up in the forum list.

    However, there seem to be a bug, it looks like private threads are not showing under the "My Questions" list.

     

    I have forwarded this to our back-end team to have it better checked and fixed. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    We just received news from our back-end team that this is now fixed. You should be able to see your private threads when you click your "My Questions" button. However, private threads won't be visible in the "Recent Questions" list or in the general forum listing. Thank you for your patience and understanding on this matter.
