    Reports To Cloud App: Not forwarding Excel Report file to Dropbox after successful form submission

    So I used reports2cloud quite a bit a few months ago and it always worked, then randomly one day it stopped working for some forms.  Some forms could be fixed by going through it again (selecting folders etc.) and some did not.  


    Now they cannot be fixed by just going through the motions again and its incredibly frustrating.  I lost a client today because i had promised something that could not be delivered.  Last time i told jotform about it, they cloned the form and then it started working.  Is there anyway i can get the Reports into an excel spreadsheet in my drop box account and making it work permanently without having to clone my forms each time it goes wrong?

    Update on this - now even cloning doesnt make it work.

    We would like to really apologize for any inconvenience this have caused you. I have made some tests and were able to reproduce the issue you're having with the Reports To Cloud App. I have made a clone version of your form and see what you mean. I also tried it on a newly created form and just got the same, it is not forwarding excel reports to Dropbox.

    I have forwarded this concern to our developers so they can look into it deeply. However, I'm sorry if I cannot provide you any ETA to when this will be resolved. We understand that this process is important to your business and please be assured that this will be worked on and you will be notified right away via this thread once our developers have any updates.

    Unfortunately, there is no update on the ticket at the moment. As my colleague has already defined, you will informed when there is an update about this issue, sorry for the latency.

    Reports2Cloud app is working as expected now. For now it still synchronising reports files to dropbox every hour.
