I don't know if you can help me, but I've seen your name on several sites while searching.  No matter how much I search I just can't seem to handle this problem.

The website is  We now have a total of 70 members and need to find an easy way for members to input which tee time they want to play in.  In the past we had to keep sending updated emails to all the members letting them know which times were still available, which has become very time consuming.  Once they decided they had to email us back with their time and we had to input in manually into an Excel spreadsheet.

I've looked at golf tee time software, but it's all created as full management software for golf club.  What I need it something that a golfer can go to the website, see what times are available, put his name in and save it, so that other golfers can see which times are still available.  It would look something like

If there's any way you can help or advise me, it will be greatly appreciated.  I'm in a time crunch.

Thank you for your interest in using our form builder.

If what you want to do is create a form that your golfers can input, then that is possible using our forms. You can easily embed the forms in your website. From the looks of it, here's how I will be doing it:

    1. If you want to create a time slot option where your users can see what is currently available, then that is possible using the following widgets:

To add a widget, you can follow this guide:

    2. You can also easily integrate your forms to your Google Spreadsheet, giving you a real-time online spreadsheet of the submissions you have received. That will allow you to manage the reservations or your golfers more easily. To integrate Google Spreadsheet to your forms, you can follow this guide:

    3. You want to embed the form to your website? That should be possible using the embed codes of your form. You can find it under the "Publish" icon on your form builder.

Here's a guide to know more what embed code fits you best:

Thank you for providing all of that outstanding information.  Unfortunately, it's all greek to me, even after watching some of the videos.  Does your company have any programs where I can just pay to have it done?  I would be using the same form every week.  The changes that would need to be made from week to week would be the Golf Course name, times, and number of tee times.

Unfortunately, we do not provide such service, however, we will be glad to help you on any question that you have when creating your form.

I made a sample form for you using the Appointment Slots widget, the first provided by my colleague above.

Here is how this widget works, when you first add the widget it shows you the widget's settings, there you are able to add the options, in this case the date and time for each golf course, you also need to set the number of times that this option can be selected.

You also will find detailed information about how to add options as shown on the image below.

You will be able to edit the options as well as the name of the course golf each time that is is required by editing your form on the Form Builder, seems like you only need to update the name of the courses as well as the date and time and the number of times it can be selected, the steps provided above should help you to do that.

Here is also my testing form:

Feel free to clone it and see how the widget works, this guide will help you to clone the form:

If you have more questions related to the set up of the widget, please do let us know in a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.

It will not work because of the functionality of the widget, is there an specific element that you want to add to your form?

So we can help you to do that, I would suggest you to check the links provided by my colleague above, each link has the description of each widget as well as a sample form.

I found a widget that could help you, although it is not possible to write the name of the person who has reserved this date, it will show to other submitter that this time is not available, please take a look on this link to the MultiSelect Grid Widget:

I have added it to my sample form so you may take a look and see how it works.

The only functionality that I see it is not as you request, it is that once an option is selected it is not possible to allow your users to remove it, you need to delete the entire submission in order to get this option available.
