I have created forms (links) for users to be able to fill in the blank fields and sign the form and submit it to me.  I would like to be able to fill in all or some of the blank fields of the form before texting or emailing the link to the form to the user to see the fields I filled in with the information and allow the user to fill in the remaining blank fields and be able to sign the form and submit it back to me.  Is this possible? Below is a link to one of the forms I would like to be able to do this with, namely I fill in the fields and send to the client to just sign it and submit back to me as a completed and signed pdf.

This should be possible by prepopulating the form via URL parameters and share that link to them to fill out.

Here's a guide that you can refer to: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

Basically, you can add the name and other information and share them the pre-populated link. Here's an example of it using your form URL: https://secure.jotform.us/danielmorganlaw/FamilyLawRetainer?clientName[first]=John&clientName[last]=Smith&phoneNumber8=8888888888&email1=johnsmith@email.com

Noticed that the full name, phone number and email have been filled out.

Let us know if that's what you are looking for.

When you inspect your form and find field field names, then you need to add field names to URL of your form and you also need to add values that you want to be pre-populated.

Once you create pre-populated link of your form, then you can send pre-populated link you your users.

You can also use our prepopulate app http://prepopulate.jotform.io/, to pre-populate your form.

Once you pre-populate your form click on Genarate URL button.

Fill in forms Image 1 Screenshot 20

Then copy Generated URL and send it to your users.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
