i have added a few conditional fields in my form, which work until the last condition is worked, then the form doesn't acknowledge the first page/field after the condition, so that all i get is a blank page. can you help me correct this please?

I have inspected your form and blank page is shown if "How many bathrooms does the property have?' is less than 5. This is happening because of conditions that you have set. If entered number is less that 5 conditions will not be met and all field on that page will be hidden. So page is blank, because all fields are hidden.
You will need to change your conditions, or remove page break field form you conditions.
For example you can use option if Is Equal To. Then you can show multiple fields if entered value is 1. You would need to set conditions for each value.
More about conditional logic you can find inside of this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic
If you are sill unable to set your conditions, please provide us more details about how would you like your hide/show conditions to work and we will be happy to assist you.
Please us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you. this was working yesterday though. i have taken out the page breaks, which makes a small improvement (by showing a page break at the end) but still, once the bathroom sequence has finished it refuses to show the bedroom pages. if i use a condition showing if "no of bathrooms" is 4 show bathroom four fields, then it won't show bathroom pages 1-3, so it needs to be greater than. however I don't have a problem with how many bathroom pages it's showing but when it finishes the bathroom section ..onwards
There will always be one bathroom but if the number of bathrooms is 2-5 then the corresponding number of bathroom pages needs to show up. this is the same with the bedrooms and the other rooms.
if you can fix it, it would be appreciated..before i go mad.
Thank you

Actually I would suggest you to use Skip to page conditional logic option.
This way you can set condition to skip to a desired page based on entered values. You would need to set each condition base on two fields "How many bathrooms does the property have?' and one field form each Bathroom page. I would also suggest you to make those fields to be required. You also need to set condition IF all OF THE “IF” RULES ARE MATCHED.
I have set this conditions inside of my cloned form.
Here is my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/60816104910952
Feel free to clone it.
You can use same logic for bedrooms.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

In your JotForm http://www.jotformeu.com/form/60755676718368 can you please disable first the Condition rules that pertains to Bedroms and Bathrooms.
Retain only the conditions of Other Rooms
Save the Form and then test again.
Let us know if the remaining condition work as intended.
We will wait for your update on this.
Thanks.

That is most likely due to conflicting conditions. When both condition matches from the first page, the form can't skip on two different page at the same time. Also, since you have multiple conditions that skips in the same page, I'm afraid it would create conflict. So let says you're on page 13 and that the condition is true, it will go back to page 12 because it meets the condition.
I think there's a better way to achieve that condition using form collapse. I'll see if I can come up a workaround with sample form. Stay in touch!

Ok, here's my solution using form collapse.
Sample Form: https://form.jotform.com/60824597827974 (Feel free to clone it in your account).
On this solution, depending on the entered value on the bathrooms, bedrooms and other rooms fields, the number of relevant fields under form collapse will be displayed.
Example:
Result: Click on the collapse bars to reveal the fields under it.
When you clone the form, you can inspect the conditions on how it was setup.

This is the third time I have messaged with a further problem relating to these conditional fields since your last message and i have had no response. I have copied the cloned form above and followed through with the filed instructions in exactly the same way, yet this form doesn't respond in the same way. Please could you have a look with some urgency as I would very much like to finish this project.

We are sorry the confusion. We are trying to do our best to solve your issue. I've cloned your form and changed status as opened and visibility as closed as you see below:
After that, I've added another form collapse to end this section for each bathroom.
And finally, I've changed the conditions for bathroom as you see below:
I've made the same arrangements for bathroom 2, bathroom 3,bathroom 4, bathroom 5.
I've made the same arrangements for your bedroom fields:
Please, check the guide below for more information about showing multiple fields at once.

Here is your cloned form. Feel free to clone it.

Hi again,
I've also created conditions for No of other rooms field. It seems the conditions are working on cloned form.
I've selected 3 value for Number of bathrooms and 2 value for number of bedrooms and 1 value for number of other rooms as you see below as an example.
Then tested your cloned form which is https://form.jotform.com/60883375632967 it is working properly.
In addition to that, my colleague's solution is working perfectly and I think is the best solution. =) Please note that you don't need to add page breaks when you add form collapse on your form. To solve that issue, you need to delete page breaks.
Here is how it works after deleting page breaks:
