Can I include responses from earlier in the survey as part of the successive questions?

For example;

1 -  Employee #1 Name

2 -  Employee #2 Name

3 - How many hours does {Employee #1 Name} work per week?

It is indeed possible to use entries from fields in the form to update other fields.  This can be done using an update/calculate field condition.  Here is more information on how to get this set up:
