How to change color of drop-down menu on a form?Asked by ToliverBancroft on March 23, 2016 at 05:42 AM
Hi, I'm still having this issue on my form. I've tried both ways that were indicated above, but the mobile view dropdown color is still staying the same as the form- gray. Can you please change it for me to white? It only happens on my mobile phone, it's perfect on the web. Thank you so much!!
Here's the link to my form: https://form.jotform.com/60815257084154
I tried making it responsive, but that created more problems so I changed it back. Seems like that caused my input field lengths to get shorter.
I did some checks on your form. Are you referring to this drop-down:
I tested on my phone as well, and drop-down is white. If you had something else in mind please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you.
I'm using the source code. Here it is on my website...
If you are using the source code, you will have to modify the code manually on your site to accomplish this. When embedding forms, we recommend using the iFrame code. When you update your form in Jotform, your site will automatically be updated. This will also prevent you from having any conflicts that may occur with your site and the form.
Please let us know if you still require additional assistance.
