Jotform Digest: Show only specific form fields

There are controls such as Age, ZIP Code, and Date --- it would be great if Digest reports could be generated for these kind of free-form but distinct valued variables.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to specific fields that can only be shown in the report? This can be done by choosing which fields will be visible on your Submissions Tab here:

For example, you can choose to only show the phone number and email field:
