Hello, I recently setup a job application for a client using JotForm. All form results appear in the PDF however the alignment of fields are off in some cases. See the attached sceenshot. Is there a way to change the PDF results to display correct?
Note: I am using another form to (first) capture the applicants email address so they can save and continue later.. I only provided the link to the form that I am having a problem with the PDF results.

When I've checked your PDF submission I am able to reproduce the same issue that you're having.
To solve that issue, you can try to reset PDF Designer.
Here is how to do this:
1) Click on Submissions.
2) Click on Customize PDF.
3) Click on Reset but DO NOT SAVE it.
