When I click the forgot your password option & enter my email it should let me click on the send reset instructions button but it won't. I tried it in two different browsers. Could I get my password reset please?

I did check our email logs but could not trace the password reset email which was sent. I also check your email address and it is not in our bounce list.
I have initiated the password recovery and now you should have received the email. Our email log also confirms that email was sent successfully:
[2016-03-23 13:17:39] SENT to email@example.com from firstname.lastname@example.org via AMAZONSES
Can you please check if you have received the password reset instruction email or not? You may also like to check your spam folder as well.
