How to import form into PDF tool?

I'm looking to output my form to a PDF tool that will reflect what the form looks like.

is this possible?

do i need a third party plugin?

What little I understand, you would like to export your form and use a PDF tool like Acrobat to fill in the form. If I am mistaken please let me know.

What you can do is create a Fill-able PDF form. Once you have created the PDF, you will be able to use the form in any PDF tool.
