I am resetting Google Spreadsheets every week for our forms. They are constantly jamming. I feel like a juggler watching the spreadsheets on the dozens of forms that our school relies on jam and then we have to jump in and remove and then attach a fresh spreadsheet to get them to receive up-to-date submissions.
90% of these forms remain untouched and they still jam. It appears to be random. We had a parents evening with 20 forms this week - one for each class - and three or four spreadsheet stopped receiving submissions.
I have now had an iPad agreement form jam which has been definitely untouched for weeks.
A submission for the 21/03/2016 fed through but one for yesterday 23/03/2016 has jammed.
I have left the jammed spreadsheet in situ in the hope that you can see why it has stopped receiving submissions.
We love the spreadsheet link and it is invaluable for our workflows but I am going to have to abandon it soon if it doesn't become more reliable.

When this happens it could be fixed by re-doing the integration, however, as you say you already did it, it is not an option, the integration can be broken by editing the spreadsheet where data is being sent, for example if you cut or remove some columns, this may affect the integration.
I have submitted your form now, however, we have not access to the spreadsheet generated with the integration, could you tell us if you did receive the record in your spreadsheet?
I possible share the doc with us, here is our gmail account: firstname.lastname@example.org.
So we will make some tests in order to check the behavior of your integration, I have to say that made a sample form and integrated with Google Spreadsheet and seems like it is working fine on my end, it sends the data as soon as the form is submitted, I also have checked other form that integrated with Google Spreadsheet some time ago and it is still working, if we are able to replicate the issue or check this behavior in your forms then we could escalate it to our second level, so our developers will take a closer look into this.

Thanks Kevin for getting back to me so quickly.
The spreadsheet in question has not been edited at all. We are aware that editing the spreadsheet or moving it can cause problems so we use it as a static plain vanilla spreadsheet and do an importrange in another spreadsheet to start manipulating it.
When you do the initial integration as you have in your test it always is fine. However all sheets eventually randomly stop receiving data.
I have checked the spreadsheet and it still hasn't got the up-to-date data in it, neither the record I was missing nor your test one.
Thanks again for your help in this. We are big users of the spreadsheet integration and it is proving so unreliable that unless we can find a solution I will have to find another way to recreate the data flow.

Have you updated (added/removed) fields in your form? Updating your form (adding or removing fields) might also affect the integration of Google Spreadsheet. If you haven't made any changes in your form or on the Google Spreadsheet itself, can you share the spreadsheet integrated to your form to us (email@example.com) so we can further investigate the issue.

The form has not been touched for weeks possibly months. It might have been opened but no fields have been added or removed for a long time.

Thank you for sharing to us the spreadsheet. I did a test submission in your form and was able to confirm the issue. The test submission was not added to the Google Spreadsheet. I will have to escalate this issue to our development team for further investigation. We will inform you on this thread any updates to the issue.

Unfortunately there are still no updates regarding this matter. However, this is already assigned to a developer and marked as important. Once the matter is fixed or looked into, we'll let you know of the progress.
