Hi Jot Form, My patients are telling my receptinoist that they are not able to print the form and we have not been recieving them via email. O semt the email with the problem/fix you sent a couple of weeks ago to my IT guy who fixed the problem as instructed on the website. What do I do now?

Can you provide the URL of the page where you have this problem? Can you also ask them which browser they are using and exactly what is the problem with printing? Is it giving an error?
