Why we are not receiving filled form by our visitor on provided email Id?

Dear Support Team,

We have integrated customized contact us form created in jotform with our site www.saralgyan.in. Usually, in case any body contact us, we get the filled contact us form delivered in our provided email address info@saralgyan.in. However, since last couple of days, we are not getting auto notification in case of form filled by the visitor or our member. The data is available in jotform account but is not received on our provided email address. This was not the case earlier and we have not made any changes in the form. We have 2 forms live on our site.

2. Contact Us form.

Please look into what exactly is the issue and support. We keep on recommending your services to our other partners / associates as it provides lot of value. Not faced any such problem in past. Kindly look into ASAP and revert.

For preventing that issue, please try to set your form notifications "Sender Email" to noreply@jotform.com.

In addition to that, to prevent getting you email address back to the amazon suppression list, kindly add the following

IP addresses to your mail server's whitelist.
