Dear Support Team,
We have integrated customized contact us form created in jotform with our site www.saralgyan.in. Usually, in case any body contact us, we get the filled contact us form delivered in our provided email address firstname.lastname@example.org. However, since last couple of days, we are not getting auto notification in case of form filled by the visitor or our member. The data is available in jotform account but is not received on our provided email address. This was not the case earlier and we have not made any changes in the form. We have 2 forms live on our site.
1. Allow us to Speak to You form
2. Contact Us form.
Please look into what exactly is the issue and support. We keep on recommending your services to our other partners / associates as it provides lot of value. Not faced any such problem in past. Kindly look into ASAP and revert.

We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Your email address, email@example.com is NOT in our bounce list. In addition to that, to prevent getting you email address back to the amazon suppression list, kindly add the following IP addresses to your mail server's whitelist.
I also checked your mail logs. It seems [2016-03-24 08:43:00] Submission #334632580638295463 Form #11500942002 FAILED
For preventing that issue, please try to set your form notifications "Sender Email" to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In addition to that, to prevent getting you email address back to the amazon suppression list, kindly add the following
IP addresses to your mail server's whitelist.
