When the form is submitted it should send a notification to both Finance team members requesting them to raise a sales invoice but neither members is getting the email notification

This is because your email addresses are in our bounce list, this is the reason for both email addresses:
554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<450 4.2.0 : Recipient address rejected: Greylisted, see http://postgrey.schweikert.ch/help/anytimefitness.co.uk.html>
I have removed both email addresses and you should receive your emails now, please also follow this guide in order to prevent bouncing: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.

If the issue still persists you will need to whitelist our IP addresses, this only works if you are using our default sender emails, if you are using a custom sender email then this will not have effect: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
I also noticed that have 3 notifiers in your form, one of them you are trying to send the email to multiple recipients, however, you have not properly set the emails, please check this guide, it will help you to properly send your email notifications to multiple recipients: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients.
