Não estou conseguindo fazer o pagamento via cartão de crédito

Estou inserindo a informações do meu cartão de crédito bandeira Visa, mas o site não está aceitando para o plano Bronze, tenho urgência.

I checked your account and indeed, it looks like there was an attempted payment that did not go through.  All major credit cards should be able to be processed directly through our pricing page here:

Was there any error message when the card was not accepted?
