    Why is the google spreadsheet not getting update when I update form fields (add and remove fields)?

    For this form https://form.jotform.com/60496080605152, I am using the Google Spreadsheet Integration app.

    I deleted a # of fields from my form, but they are still showing on my Google doc and in the email confirmations (see 1st attached screenshot).

    I also added a field using the configurable list widget, and that new field isnt showing in both my Google spreadsheet and in the email confirmations (see 2nd screenshot). This screenshot corresponds to the 3rd screenshot as seen directly on Jotform's site that does show the added widget field. 

    Please advise.

    Unfortunately, I'm able to view only one image. I thin it it concerning the third image, but not certain.

    To resolve the issue, can you please remove the integration and re-integrate your form to google spreadsheet. This should resolve the problem.

    As a note, if you manually edit the spreadsheet, the integration will be broken. When this occurs, you will need to re-integrate the form as well.
