I'm getting an authentication error when trying to link to Braintree payments.Asked by jacberlo on March 25, 2016 at 12:55 AM
Before I started creating my form, I entered my merchant ID as well as API keys. Now when I go to preview my form, I'm receiving an error message: "Payment processing for this form will not work due to a Braintree authentication error. Please contact form owner for more assistance."
When I click on "Braintree" under payment tools, (which I thought might be where I need to go to fix this) I get a message that I need to delete my existing payment tool before adding another one. I'm not aware that I have any other payment tool.
Can you give me any information about where to enter my API keys from Braintree, and how to delete my existing payment tool, if that step is necessary?

When I inspected your form I did not saw error message you mentioned. Were you able to resolve your issue?
If you are still getting same error message, I would suggest you to check if your entered correct BrainTree credentials.
Select Braintree payment field and click on wizard icon, to check your BrainTree credentials.
You can delete existing payment toll by clicking on delete option.
If you are working on some other form, please provide us ID of that form. You can also provide us a screenshot of error message that is shown when you open your form.
