Shirt order with quantites - No charge

    I need to add a space to our t shirt order form where an organization can request shirts for key members of their team.  I need to list Small through XXL and need to provide a space for them to indicate how many of each size they want.  There is no charge for this, so I do not want to use a payment widget.  What's the best way to do this?

    You may use Purchase Order from the Payment tools and set the price as zero so that the product will be displayed as Free.

    Also, you may add the Quantity property with Custom quantity option so that the quantity can be entered manually.

    This helps to have the product related at a place in the submissions for easy identification.
