Our business is interested in adding one of your forms to our website in order to sell a few products. We would need to be able to receive credit card payments online, as well as shipping information. I've heard this is possible. Can you help me understand how that works, and summarize the cost to us, if any?

Yes, you can use JotForm to create payment forms or order forms. You can use one of our payment processors to do that. The order will form will be created here in JotForm, but once you hit the submit button, the payment data will be transferred to the selected payment processor where it will be processed.
The subscription is based on the number of submissions per month, storage space, sub-user accounts, and form views. Please take note that for Free plan, you have 100 submissions but only 10 payments per month. If you are expecting more that 10 payments, then I would suggest you go with the Bronze package that has 1,000 payments.
Please check our pricing page for more information. Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.
