    Email notifications are not coming through for all submissions

    On many of our forms that have email notifications set up, it seems that random submissions are not being sent to our email.  For instance, on our "ADV Plus Display Order Form - 40% off" we didn't receive any of our last four submissions by email.  On all of the forms this is happending with I have gone in and double checked our notification settings and it is set up correctly.  It is not all submission, most are still coming through, but there is no pattern that I could see of which ones are not being sent.

our bounce list.

    zen.spamhaus.org; https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/

    advantage@lafvb.com is NOT in the unsubscribe list


    Please, check the Amazon SES Developer Guide: http://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/remove-from-suppressionlist.html.


    I removed from the bounce and unsubscribe lists.



    For preventing that issue, please try to set your form notifications "Sender Email" to noreply@jotform.com.

    To prevent getting you email address back to the amazon suppression list, kindly add the following IP addresses to your mail server's whitelist



    Lastly, you are currently using a custom sender email address through verification method. If this is not working to some of your forms, I would suggest using our SMTP method(s):
