Google Spreadsheet: apostrophe is added in the beginning of the edit link after editing form

Asked by prav9884 on March 26, 2016 at 06:49 AM

    Hi Team,

    Form url: https://form.jotform.com/53255690730254

I have integrated my form with google spreadsheet. When I click on edit link in google spreadsheet and resubmit the form the hyperlink in edit link column of google spreadsheet is lost.

I think an apostrophe is getting added after resubmitting the form at the start of the formula.

    An example

Before editing formula in edit link is =HYPERLINK("https://jotform.ca/form.php?formID=53255690730254&sid=333368073981847307&mode=edit";"Edit Submission")

After editing formula in edit link is  '=HYPERLINK("https://jotform.ca/form.php?formID=53255690730254&sid=333368073981847307&mode=edit";"Edit Submission")

Can you please check this bug and fix it at the earliest.

    Thanks,

    Praveen N

Sorry for the inconvenience. I after creating a small test form, I also was able to reproduce the error.

At first the link works perfectly, but when you press the edit link and re-submit the form with new data the link is broken. I also noticed that an apostrophe was added at the beginning of the formula:

I have created a new ticket for our back end team. As soon as we have any update, we will be updating you through this thread.
