I cant figure out why there is a large space bt the first and second html or text field with the pdf download. It appears fine in the preview in Jotform but after converting to a pdf and downloading it has a huge blank space that makes the form look funny. Can you assist me in figuring out why? I made sure there were no extra spaces bt the two text fields but it did not seem to help. Ive provided the form and a screen shot. Thank you
As a follow up - my other forms which are designed the same way are not have this problem. Your help would be greatly appreciated
I was checking your form, and I have one question:
Can you tell us if you have problem when you just create PDF from your form, or when the form is submitted by your customers and attached with PDF as well?

Also, I was checking for Create PDF from form, try to uncheck "Include page breaks"
And please let me know if that helped.
I unchecked the Page Breaks and that did not effect the pdf. The problem occurs when you create the PDF and it downloads my computer. The view form or the edit form within Jotform it looks fine.
I was thinking maybe the quicl solution is to simply recreate the form from scratch.
i recreated the jotform and I had the same issue. I deleted the text/section of the form i was having issue with and replaced it with a new text field with new type and the problem went away. There must be something in the text from my google doc that im cutting and pasting. Is there any way to look at the formating of the text in the field that im struggling with and see if there is some hidden "spaces"???
Worse case scenario ill simply recreate the text field from scratch. Let me know if you have any ideas.

I also tried it in one of my forms, and the same issue happened, it looks like the Create PDF feature is not working at the moment, I will report it to our second level, you will be notified via this thread when this issue gets fixed.
