we are unable to forward from backup docs to any emails.
it tells us that the email has been sent but nothing goes over.
we need to do this because there was something wrong on Thursday the 24th about noon EST. at that time all our emails for our MSRC forms placed all the emails except the original yahoo email into a bounceback status.
Please note that these emails are from two different service providers and different url's so its unlikely that there was an email issue on our end as all other emails continued to work.

You mean the "forward" button on the submissions page, right? Did you check your spam folder? The forwarded emails may have been filtered as spam. I would suggest checking that one.
The emails should be sent by email@example.com. It's recommended that you whitelisted this email address to your server settings. Here's the complete list of our sending emails and IP: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
I tried forwarding one of your form submissions to my email address and it went through.
Can you also tell us where did you forward the emails? This way, we can check our logs for that email address.
