    Form displaying as "Form Disabled"

    Asked by Dylan  on March 26, 2016 at 08:39 PM

    I recently set up a pretty data-heavy form; a series of self-filtering drop downs with more than 5000 options total. I'm trying to port into SquareSpace, but when I copy past the code I get the image attached. Am I overloading JotForm, or trying to accomplish something beyond the price range of a free account? What's going wrong? Overall I've been extremely impressed with JotForm's capabilities, I'd hate for this to get in the way of an otherwise excellent experience.

    Here's the code JotForm provided me to enter into SquareSpace:
    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotform.com/60756113061144" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:539px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe> <script type="text/javascript"> window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) { var args = e.data.split(":"); var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame"); if (!iframe) return; switch (args[0]) { case "scrollIntoView": iframe.scrollIntoView(); break; case "setHeight": iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px"; break; case "collapseErrorPage": if (iframe.clientHeight > window.innerHeight) { iframe.style.height = window.innerHeight + "px"; } break; case "reloadPage": window.location.reload(); break; } var isJotForm = (e.origin.indexOf("jotform") > -1) ? true : false; if(isJotForm && "contentWindow" in iframe && "postMessage" in iframe.contentWindow) { var urls = {"docurl":encodeURIComponent(document.URL),"referrer":encodeURIComponent(document.referrer)}; iframe.contentWindow.postMessage(JSON.stringify({"type":"urls","value":urls}), "*"); } }; if (window.addEventListener) { window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false); } else if (window.attachEvent) { window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage); } if(window.location.href && window.location.href.indexOf("?") > -1) { var ifr = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame"); var get = window.location.href.substr(window.location.href.indexOf("?") + 1); if(ifr && get.length > 0) { var src = ifr.src; src = src.indexOf("?") > -1 ? src + "&" + get : src + "?" + get; ifr.src = src; } } </script>

    Thanks so much!

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, I checked the form now with its URL and it is not disabled already. https://form.jotform.com/60756113061144

    The form might have been suspected of collecting sensitive information by our Anti-phishing system and marked it.

    You can check the form now as it now working.

    By the way, the form belongs to a guest account. If you want to have it saved to a personal account(free account) create an account using the same email address you have used when you created the form.

    Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.
