    Hello NewRockstars,

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. As your form "New Client OnBoarding" has fields asking for "Faceook, Instagram and Twitter login credentials" which makes your form suspected of being used for phishing.

Authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. I have deleted the password field and activated your account again.

Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.

    Thank you!

Thank you but I need to be able to add field forms that ask for their social media profile links. This is standard info that is public. Those field forms were removed from my form. I also had field forms which asked for the # of followers or fanpage likes which have also been removed. This is not phising. I am a social media manager that gets paid by companies to do this work. At the very least, I need links to their public social media profiles as well as their current # of followers or fanpage likes. Please advise. Thank you.

    Hello  NewRockstars,

Yes you can ask for social media links but not any login credentials.

    Thank you!
