How to Edit Submission Data in the Form

how can I create a form that has option of adding data and editing it with in the form page may have a list of all the submissions and click on it with option to add new or edit

In JotForm, you can Edit the Submission data in the form's View Submission page.

Use the EDIT button on the top right to start editing the data.
