How to get back to "Sell Subscriptions" on payment form?

can you tell me how to get back to 'seel subscription' on this form, I can't seem to get back to it. thank you 

I'm not sure  if understood your question, I checked your form and see that you are using the payment integration to sell subscriptions, however, if you want to select other option, you are able to do ir by opening the payment wizard. 

Once there you are able to select how would you like to use your integration.
