After years of getting used to a way of working suddenly most (not all) of the uploaded files are not going to my dropbox/jotform but I can see them only in the inbox of each form. Can you please help?

We apologize for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that the issue with dropbox is now fixed. There was a problem with Dropbox older API which breaks the integration and one of our developers has fixed it now.
Our tests confirmed that it is indeed working.
