I checked your account mysignalforex and it appears that your form was auto-suspended by our phishing detector. Please note that adding a password field in the form is not allowed as it violates jotform's terms.

I would suggest removing this field to lift the suspension of your account.

After removing the password field, you can also avoid further suspension if you use the english language as the default language, then simply translate the form to your own language. Why is this? We have a tool called Phishing Detector which allows us to automatically suspend thousands of forms created everyday for phishing activities such as stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, etc. However this tool is not updated to scan Indonesian, Arabic, French and other similar languages, therefore most of the forms made in these languages might be automatically suspended.

Here's a guide that you can check to translate your form to a different language: How to translate your forms to different languages

Do let us know once the password field has been removed from your form.
    Regards.

Thank you for confirming. I've deleted that field and reactivated your account back. In addition to that as my colleague was mentioned above, to avoid further suspensions, we recommend you to create your forms in English then translate it with Language Translator Tool to set it into your language.
