    Hello Mahayana,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. 

    Do you want us to check the thank you message you have set in your form? I did check your last edited form "Membership Application Form" and you seems to have configured the thank you message correctly. I also sent a test submission and the thank you message was displayed correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
