I have access to a couple of Facebook pages and only 2 of the 3 are showing up in the drop down box that pops up. And the one I need to show up isn't showing up. Any ideas?

To assist you better, could you please elaborate a bit more on what exactly is your issue. Are you having problems including your form into your Facebook pages? Can you please indicate what dropdown you are having issues?
