    My form font color is not displaying properly on my website

    Asked by Shane on March 28, 2016 at 03:52 PM

    I changed the font color to #ebeff2 under the setup and embed tab under preferences. The font color showing on my website is more of a brown color. This is the same color that all my other forms use and they all display correctly. I have not published the form yet because it looks awful. I am previewing it in Rapid Weaver before I publish it.

    Please try adjusting the font color of labels and headers via Form Designer.

    I would like to also suggest registering a Free account with us wot be able to manage your forms at any time and to increase your account limits.

    I have a free account. When I click the designer I get a generic form. I do not get my form like you did in the shot above. Sometimes I get an error message that I am not allowed to edit the form.

    I cloned your form and I did not get any error message that I am not allowed to edit the form. Please make sure that you are logged in to your account and you are on the form builder of that form.

    Perhaps you can try injecting the css below instead.

    .supernova, .form-all, .jotform-form {

        color : #ebeff2 !important;

    }

    .form-header {

         color : #ebeff2 !important;

    }

    .form-label-top {

        color : #ebeff2 !important;

    }

    .form-sub-label {

        color : #ebeff2 !important;

    }

    .form-html {

         color : #ebeff2 !important;

    }

    To inject css, simply follow this guide: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes.

    If you need further assistance, please let us know.
    Regards.

    Thank you. Injecting the code worked. I would still like to know why I can not use the designer on any of my forms. I am signed in. I pick the form from my forms and hit edit form, but when I click design I get a generic Contact Us form if it opens, or an error that I am not authorized to edit form.

    I signed up for a new account under a new user name and cloned the form into that account and I could use the designer just fine. If I do that for all of my forms I will lose the submission data, won't I?

    Is there a way to fix my current account without losing all of the submission data?

    @ guest_50255728788064 I logged into your account to check the form, and tried to open the Form Designer. I also got an error that I am not authorized to edit the form.

    Please try clearing your browser cache by following this guide: How To Clear Browser Cache. Also, I noticed that you are account is still using a guest username. I cannot say if this is causing the issue, but if you want we can change it with your preferred username if it is available.

    We will wait for your reply.
    Regards.
