Explanation of JotForm account counters

I am a bit confused over the number of form views, submissions, etc. When I was reading through the facts there was mention of the counters resetting every month... so does that mean in one month I can only have 1000 form views and 100 submissions? and each month this resets... so I can have 1000 form views in March, 1000 views in April, etc.

Also, what counts as a form view? How much does a person have to interact with the form for it to count as a view? The form is for camp registration and is on the same page as my camp information. Does that mean that every time a person goes to view that page, the form is automatically considered as viewed even if they don't do anything with it?

    Thank you for contacting us.

Yes, you can receive up to 1000 form views and 100 submissions each month with our free plan. We reset the counters on the first day of each month (the next reset day is April 1st, 2016).

We count a form view once someone loads (visit) the form. We do not count interactions between the form pages, only initial form load is being counted.

If you run out of the form views you may consider enabling a JotForm Footer option via account settings to lift the view limits.

Please feel free to contact us anytime if you need any further assistance.
