You have stopped our account from working and i have cleaned out alot of submissions.
This is costing us business as them moment - can you please rectify immediately.

I checked your forms and I was able to view them all without any issue.
Can you please provide further information about the issue with your form so that we can investigate it further? We will wait for your reply.
