Not all fields are shown on email notification

    After creating my form, I have tried a sample and do not get the entire contents that the customer has entered.  I need all of the information.  What can I do?

    The fields in your email notification seems outdated. The easiest way to fix that is to recreate your email notification. Just delete the existing notification in your forma and create a new one.
