We are losing money on all of our websites with jotform, this needs fixing now! We have paid for a silver membership and we have spoken about this problem before, we are constantly having to resolve problems over and over again, We are aware you are fixing them but it shouldn't be a case of constantly having to fix the same problems.

I have reactivated your account. I noticed that your subscription was downgraded to Bronze because of an active monthly Bronze subscription. Due to this, I have refunded you back your subscription this month and likewise canceled it since you have an annual Silver subscription. In addition, I have changed your subscription status back to Silver. This problem of getting downgraded automatically should not happen again.
