- LongwoodRCLAsked on March 29, 2016 at 02:40 PMI have been having the same problem with several parties at work. We have used JotForm for years. Some of the e-mail addresses just recently over the past 1-3 days stopped receiving e-mail. Per this thread, I checked the "bounce list" to see they have been added. They obviously were not on previously as they were receiving e-mails up until that time. They've always received all e-mail notifications without any issues prior to now. How do we account for this & how can we prevent it from happening sporadically in the future?

I think this is because we had an issue before, seems like our IP addresses were added to a blacklist, but they were checked and removed and now emails are going through as normal.
There are several reasons why your email address could be in our bounce list; however, here is a guide with our recommendations to avoid any bouncing related issue: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.
I would also share you this link where you will find our IP addresses, if you often find your email address in our bounce list you should as your email provider to whitelist our IPs, but this will work only if you are using our default sender email addresses: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

This really has me concerned. Another Jotform behind-the-scenes change that adversely impacts me. So now I have to go test all my forms. What a nightmare.

We apologize for this inconvenient, but this happens sometimes, as far as I know JotForm has not changed anything that may affect the emails.
Please, if you encounter an issue while testing your form do let us know about it in a new thread so we will take a look and see what is causing it.
