I built a form, put the link out there, and none of the submissions are coming in.Page URL:

Do you mean to say that the email notifications are not being received for the form submissions? I have checked the email history log and see that the emails are sent to the email address without any issue from our end. Please see the screenshot below:
If you are not receiving the notifications to your inbox, we request you to check in Spam/Junk folder once. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with setting up email notifications to avoid bounce related issues.

No, I mean that the submissions were not showing up on the JotForm site.
I had several people tell me they had submitted forms, and none showed up on the JotForms site. Then I ran a test one myself and it also did not show up.
Notice that email is a test email after I had been trying to figure out what was going on.
The only thing I changed was the "responsive to mobile" option, and the alert after they click "Submit" and now it's working, but definitely was not working before, so we lost our first 12 hours of entries.

Unless there is a way in your system to locate the entries before Noon pacific time today. Probably not too many, but I think it shows 86 views, so I imagine there were a couple.

I've tried submitting the form and see that the submission went through successfully. I am able to see that the submission is displaying the form submissions view.
Unfortunately, if the submission data is not shown in the form submissions view, it hasn't been received to JotForm servers yet. Did you receive any error message while submitting the form or the form is embedded on any your webpages? If you have received Thank you page and a notification to your email address after submitting the form, it is a successful submission and should be shown in the submissions view. At the moment, I am able to see that there are 7 submissions for the form.
Please try submitting the form once again and let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist.
