How can a user print a form in the same format as the person who wrote the form

I have added the print button, but when a user prints, it prints the lot - headers, instructions, etc - everything in the same format as the form itself.

I would rather that they just get the data for the questions that they have answered. The best version would be if they can print the same version I see when I save all my submissions to PDF.
