I have sent numerous messages from the short form app because it does not work the notifications are infrequent and it now does not include the phone I used to get phone numbers included in the email notification and this has now disappeared when I click on the email that information is not present in your apps and also the notifications have become occasional and infrequent from your app there is something wrong with your app and I have sent at least 10 notifications to your company but no one has ever responded please respond before I post a bad review on jot form

Could you please provide more information on which platform have you used our app?
Does this happen only on one form or you experience the same issue on every form?
Have you updated the app to the latest version?

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I've cloned your JotForm to my account and see that the submissions in the Android app are not displaying the phone number field. I'm not sure if this is happening due to the masked input. However, I'm running few tests at my end on Android app by testing different forms to investigate the issue on hand. We'll get back to you with the relevant information once I'm done with my tests.

I'm able to replicate the issue with the masked Phone number field which is not displaying in the Andriod app. Could you let us know if you have reported the issue through the App itself since I'm not able to find any other threads related to this issue on the forum.
Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. You'll be posted on this thread if we have any update in this regard.

In the settings on the android app you have a section at the bottom called report a problem and another called send your suggestions. This is where I have made numerous reports.

Your report has now been raised to our developers by my colleague. Once this is fixed, you will be informed here. I suggest to view the submissions in your form submissions page using a browser for now so you can find all the missing phone data that are not displayed on the android app.
So far upon checking from the server logs, there were no errors in the delivery of email notifications to your email address. They are all successfully sent. If you have more complaints about this or if you need the mail server logs, I suggest to open a new thread here in our support forum so we can assist you further on this issue.

Masked phone number field is stable for android app now.
