Is there a way to change the logo on the "My Forms" page?

We are trying to embedded in our Intranet for HR purpose, and we need to have the company logo which showing in the top when we connect to https://www.jotform.com/myforms/

For the plans on Pricing Page, it is not possible to do, because the web page you are talking about belongs to the JotForm product and your plan doesn't include any rights to change one of the part of the system.

However, if you are looking for advanced modifications on the product itself, you can try to check our licensing solutions. With those options, you have the product individually with its source codes and you can deploy it on your server.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there is no alternative to the Jotform app that you can use to embed into your intranet. You will have to use the Jotform web app to create your forms.
