    No, it is not the original one I made - this is the second one - the original one is long gone.
    Why can't I cut and paste into a text field?

    Are you using a "Text" field or a "Text Area" field.  The Text field will allow you to paste contents into the form to be viewed.  The Text Area field will allow users to submit blocks of text.  If you are trying to paste text into the form itself, use a regular text field, double click the field to edit the text, then paste your text and save:
