What happened to your forms?

Hi, your forms no longer work these last few weeks, they look terrible, I have a plain background instead of transparent when I embed on a website, the forms look ok on a desktop but a mess on a phone. The text spacing when set in 'Preferences' no longer works. Nor does changing the text color. Using your designer option results in hideous looking forms on phone view so I don't use it. The old forms still looks fine, but as a web designer I am setting up new forms for new clients and they are horrible, I can no longer use them for clients. Is this an issue that will be fixed or is this the new jotform experience?

Based on what you have mentioned, it is very likely that you are having some styles set that do not allow the options in the preferences to work.

If you would however let us know of the forms that are not looking right and more details in regards to the same we would be happy to look into it for you and help you resolve the same issues.

I do wish to say that there are no issues currently, but as mentioned, if they are present for you and you tell us how to recreate the same, we would be happy to assist in resolving the same.

In regards to the system being worked on - JotForm is being updated all of the time, so if there are any issues present, they are likely to be removed in future.
